Student exchange programmes

The Faculty has signed over a hundred agreements with universities in the context of student exchanges.

The majority of these agreements link us to European universities within the framework of the Erasmus programme but we also have exchange programmes beyond Europe with law schools in the United States, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, South-Korea, Tunisia and Turkey

Besides student exchanges these agreements generally also allow exchanges of professors.

Other partnerships

Together with the University of Maastricht the Faculty has set up a specific programme in the Bachelors in Law, allowing selected Liège students to take courses in English or Dutch at the University of Maastricht (Maastricht option ) and Maastricht students to take a minor in Belgian Law at the ULg (In French).

A special programme allows students in the Bachelors in Law to spend their 3rd year at Ghent entirely in Dutch, and for Ghent students to do their 3rd year at the ULg (in French).

The department of political science has also established partnerships with numerous universities.

A Project with the University of Kinshasa
