The Jean Constant Criminology School of Liège was inaugurated in 1946. It is attached to the Faculty of Law, an attachment which was commemorated during the 2000-2010 Strategic Plan. Nevertheless the School of Criminology Council has for a long time had great autonomy in terms of the management and the running the institution.

 

The School of Criminology is the meeting place for students from various different Faculties (law, medicine, psychology, sociology) which together contribute to a complete 2nd cycle programme as well as to numerous 1st cycle educational programmes.
