Meeting to welcome exchange students

At the beginning of each semester a welcome and information meeting is organised by the academic and administrative coordinators. It focuses on presenting the Faculty, the courses, administrative steps, etc. Students are required to attend the meeting.

For the 2011-2012 academic year, the meetings take place on: 

  • 1st semester: Thursday, September 15, 2011, at 16.00, at the Faculty (Salle du Conseil)
  • 2nd semester: Monday, February 6, 2011, at 09.00, at the Faculty (Salle du Conseil).



Possible changes to the Learning Agreement 

 

If you would like to make some changes to your Learning Agreement, please contact Mrs Nathalie VRANCKEN, bring your agreement and the modification document with you, by the following dates: 

  • 06/10/2010 (1st semester)
  • 28/02/2011 (2nd semester)

Mrs Nathalie VRANCKEN will send it – duly signed for approval – to your university of origin.
