| Speed-dating for an academic career |
Since 2010, the research personnel organises a meeting between the members of the research staff and students in law, political science and criminology, with the aim of providing information on the different aspects of an academic career.
Each student follows a circuit which allows them to spend 5 to 10 minutes with the members of the research staff. If the students present outnumber the personnel, the meeting will take place in groups of two or three students.
The circuit is organised in such a way that students meet, one after the other, full time/part time personnel, staff members funded with a doctoral grant, postdoctoral students, researchers working on the basis of a research convention, as well as previous research personnel who are active outside the university.
The next meeting will take place on Monday March 21, 2011, at midday, in two stages:
